The prestigious Italian luxury car company has presented its new model, the Maserati Gran Turismo Sport in Port Adriano, thus confirming the port as one of the meeting points for celebrities for the debut and presentation of luxury articles on a worldwide basis.

The act of presentation was a combination of Drive & Sail Experience, that is to say, of sailing and driving. The people invited to the event were able to enjoy the two versions of the Italian trademark: the automatic and the one with Cambiocorsa (CC electrohydraulic manual transmission).
After the passion unleashed by driving a sports car of almost 500 cv engine power, the testers had the apotheosis of sailing the company boat: a sailboat of 21 metres in length with a mast of 33 metres in height, skippered by Giovani Soldini, a prestigious well-known Italian navigator.

At a technical level the Gran Turismo Sport has a Ferrari engine of 4.7 litres, of 460 CV to 7.000 rpm, with two versions depending on the gear box. It can exceed 300 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 in little less than 4.8 seconds. It has a dry weight of 1.780 kg which confers it with a power/weight ratio of 234 bhp/tonne, which give the vehicle features and performance only known to the best trademarks.
