Nova Estate Agents has been developing its activity since 1969, sustaining its legal regime of operations under the title as an Estate Agency, which is legally recognised in Spain, for the practise of Estate Agency Intermediation.



In the year 2.007, Nova Estate Agents, acquired the prestigous AENOR ISO 9001 qualification, symbolising the quality in the products and services that are offered as a company regularly audited in its procedures. This allows us to orientate the management of our company towards client satisfaction with the active assistance of our staff for those all important decisions, with the aim to achieve results that allow us to guarantee our clients a competitive development, promoting the diffusion of the company’s culture, which relates to our quality and guaranteed rigour, and the impartiality & competence of our services.




In 2.007 Nova Estate Agents also succeeded in obtaining the CRS certificate, which is the most renowned & prestigeous American qualification in the world for Estate Agency intermediation.
