NOVA ESTATE AGENTS has been expanding its activities under different juridical status since its early days, focusing its commercial operations under the name of NOVA ESTATE AGENTS and sustaining the legal regime of its operations under the title of Estate Agency, official legal title accepted in Spain to practise the mediation in this sector.

The action of NOVA is concentrated on two lines of business, on the one hand the activity of mediation of real estate, albeit second hand dwellings or on the other hand the commercialization of properties, of promoters of well-known fame.

 

ESTATE AGENT MEDIATION :

 

At present NOVA has 4 important commercial centres in the south-eastern zone of the island, having a better climate and closer proximity to the capital: Palma - city: the first is situated in the actual historical centre of Palma covering the old part of the city and its surroundings. Palma - Paseo Mallorca: situated in the most commercial and modern part of the city and covers this same zone as well as the rural areas of the island.

 

C'as Catalá: This is the most antique office of the company and at the same time is also the administrative centre.

 

Puerto Portals: situated at the entrance of the most luxurious sport port of the island.

 

Puerto de Andratx: This is the newest office of the company and is situated in the prestigious sport port of the municipality of Andratx.

 

MANPOWER

 

NOVA has a work force of 50 professionals at your disposition, of which 12 perform administrative work, while the rest dedicate their time to the commercialization of the products. The company has native staff both German and English, as of course Spanish and Majorcan, thus providing a professional service in all aspects, to any potential client originating from these countries. It is worth mentioning here the small amount of changes in staff that the company has had, compared to other companies in the same sector.
